Can you prepare my Power of Attorney?
No. Mr. Vaughn, Inc. does not draft Power of Attorney documents, select legal forms, interpret documents, or provide legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for help preparing the document.
Do you handle real estate closing documents?
Yes. Signing assistance is available for purchase closings, seller documents, refinances, HELOCs, loan packages, and other real estate documents. Legal, lending, title, and real estate advice is not provided.
